Q: What is the refund policy for Participants and Spectators?

A: Our events are rain or shine, both spectator tickets and participant registrations are non-refundable for any reason whatsoever. However, spectator tickets and participant registrations are transferable.  Please contact us if you need to transfer your registration or ticket.

If an event is postponed for any reason, spectator tickets and participant registrations are automatically carried forward to the new dates, with an option to receive a full refund, up until one month before the revised date.

If an event is cancelled for any reason, spectator tickets and participant registrations are refunded in full within two weeks of the announcement.

To request a refund for a cancelled event, transfer your registration, or if you have questions about a refund, please email us at info@airstripattack.co
